How To Enter

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Qualified entrants may enter once. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. local time on November 28th, 2010.

4. To enter, access the online entry form at www.discountplumbing24hr.com/contest. The entrant by giving their name, age, day time telephone number and address along with a short paragraph explaining why they should win the contest. The address submitted must be the location of the remodel. If any contestant purchases a Discount Plumbing remodeling job prior to the contest ending and thereafter is chosen, qualifies and wins the contest, Discount Plumbing will reimburse such contestant winner the paid contract up to a maximum of $5,000.00 in cash or install a tile floor or counter top in a second bathroom for a retail value of $5,000.00. Entry constitutes an assignment to Sponsor of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

5. Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. 7. Winner will receive the Grand Prize which consists of a complete, installed Discount Plumbing bathroom remodel. The approximate retail value of the prize is $8,000.00 and approximate cash value of $5000.

8. Winner will be notified by phone on December, 15th, 2010, at the telephone number listed on his or her entry. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release within 3 days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified. If a winner cannot be reached, or if a winner does not return the Certification of Eligibility and Release within the designated time period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

9. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

10. The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.
